Building software stopped improving two decades ago.
The buildings got smarter. The residents got iPhones. The software stayed in 2005. Keystone is what happens when someone refuses to accept that.
The story
Keystone started with a simple observation: the platforms running America's residential buildings were built before the smartphone. It shows, every day, at every front desk still running on paper logs and phone tag.
Residents live in modern apps everywhere else in their lives, then hit a portal from another era to pay the largest bill they have. Managers juggle four disconnected tools. Boutique management firms lose contracts to giants, not on service, but on software.
So we built the platform we thought should exist: one system for the entire building, designed this decade, wearing the building's own brand. We're early, we're independent, and we intend to win on craft.
What we believe
Everyone in the building matters
The resident, the doorman, the manager, and the plumber all touch the same building. Software that only serves the back office isn’t building software.

The building’s name belongs on the building’s app. White-label isn’t a premium tier here, it’s the default.
